This project consists of two ground up buildings. The first is Shops C which is a three suite retail bulding with a base sf of 14,960. The second is for major tenant The Container Store which is a single level retail building consisting of 24,386 sf.
Hardrock's scope of work consists of continuous and spread footings, step footings, stems, pedestals, interior slab on grade over ABC and vapor barrier, sidewalks, handicap ramps, exterior slab on grade, single curb, valley gutter, pipe bollards, light pole bases, and reinforcing.
