TLC Label is a 109,000 sf office, warehouse, and manufacturing facility located in Gilbert, AZ. The project expands the company's presence in the east valley from its current location in Chandler and will allow TLC to enhance its capabilities which include all types of packaging labels for water bottles, glass bottles, cans, cartons, and virtually any type of labeling. The new building features include a 24' clear height, expansive glass lines, high efficiency mechanical, and a large south facing loading court.
Hardrock's scope of work includes continuous and spread footings, step footings, stems, interior slab on grade over rock and vapor barrier, dock leveler pits, concrete tilt panels, sidewalks, handicap ramps, exterior slab on grade, scuppers, drive entrance, curb and gutter, single curb, pipe bollards, light pole bases, and reinforcing.
