Hardrock's scope of work for the building included continuous and spread footings, dead men for panel bracing, dock leveler pit, vapor barrier, interior slab on grade, concrete topping over foam, stair pan fill, board form concrete tilt panels, slab on metal deck, and reinforcing.
The Scottsdale Museum of the West Project won the 2016 Overall Project of the Year from the American Concrete Institute Arizona Chapter.
