The Midwestern University Parking Garage C project consists of a four level precast parking structure for the university.
Hardrock's scope of work included concrete drill piers, elevator pits including CIP walls, sump pits, CIP stem walls, CIP columns, interior slab on grade over ABC, stair pan fill, concrete topping over metal deck, concrete topping over precast, sidewalks, paver base, entry drive, handicap ramps, curb and gutter, vertical curb, paver bands, valley gutter, light pole bases, and reinforcing.
