The Ironwood Cancer and Research Center project consisted of a ground up 2-story medical building specializing in medical oncology, radiation oncology, and radiology and cancer research.
Hardrock's scope of work for the building included continuous and spread footings, concrete vault foundations, elevator pits, sump pits, CIP stem walls, CIP vault walls, CIP shear walls, CIP columns, interior slab on grade over ABC and vapor barrier, 8” concrete structural deck at levels 2 and roof, 5’0” concrete structural vault deck, CIP beams at vault, and stair pan fill. Sitework included sidewalks, integral color concrete paving, trash enclosure, drive approaches, curb and gutter, concrete channel, scupper at sidewalk, light pole bases, and continuous footing for masonry site walls.
