The Green Valley Hospital is a new 49 bed, full service general acute care hospital located on a 21.5 acre campus. The facility includes an emergency department with 2 trauma/major medical rooms, a helicopter pad, a surgical suite with 4 oversized rooms and 2 procedure rooms, preoperative and post anesthesia care units, a cardiac catheterization laboratory, a full service laboratory and blood bank, and an inpatient pharmacy.
Hardrock's scope of work included continuous and spread footings, elevator pits including CIP walls, mat foundation, lintels, CIP columns, CIP walls, shear walls, 12” thick CIP concrete structural deck, drop panels, CIP pedestals, CIP beams, interior slab on grade, equipment pads, and stair pan fill.
