This solar power facility was built in 2013 and offers one, two, and three bedroom apartments. It boasts a wi-fi internet lounge, roof deck, playground, picnic area, hard-surface flooring, fitness center, and a business center.
Hardrock's scope of work included continuous and spread footings, elevator pit, site wall footings, CIP columns, pedestals, shear walls, CIP structural podium deck, constructed on mud sills, interior SOG over ABC and vapor barrier, interior curbing, sidewalks, handicap ramps, scuppers, trash enclosures, pipe bollards, light pole bases, light bollard bases, transformer pads, vertical curb, curb and gutter, exterior CIP steps, base for pavers, drive entrance, and reinforcing.
