This project consists of a new, ground-up, two-story building located at Luke AFB.
Hardrock's scope of work includes continuous and spread footings, CIP stems, interior slab on grade over ABC and vapor barrier, stair pan fill, slab on metal deck, sidewalk, handicap ramps, exterior slab on grade, curb and gutter, single curb, valley gutter, pipe bollards, light pole bases, and reinforcing.
