The Elevation on Central is a luxury, multi-family, 266 unit rental apartment project consisting of 4-story buildings wrapped around a parking structure that is 6 levels above grade. The residential buildings are constructed of wood and the parking structure is concrete. The project also contains a clubhouse, two-story fitness center, a pool, and BBQ areas.
Hardrock's scope of work includes continuous and spread footings, concrete pedestals, CIP structural slab, interior slab on grade, topping slabs, and reinforcing.
