This project is an office warehouse building of concrete tilt construction. The building consists of approximately 12,796 sf of office space, 57,740 sf of warehouse, and a 2,890 sf mezzanine.
Hardrock's scope of works includes continuous and spread footings, step footings, stems, interior slab on grade, stair pan fill, concrete on metal deck, dock leveler pits, concrete tilt panels, sidewalks, exterior slab on grade, drive entrance, handicap ramps, transformer pad, dock paving, curb and gutter, valley gutter, scuppers, light pole bases, and reinforcing.
