The Village at Aspen Place is a multi-use property consisting of a parking garage, retail space, and apartments. The property includes a resort style pool with chair wading area, gourmet BBQ grills with dining area and flat screens, fireplace social area, jacuzzi, clubhouse, wine and coffee bar, 24/7 state of the art fitness center with yoga area, mountain bike and ski repair workshop, and dog wash and drying room.
Hardrock's scope of work included continuous and spread footings, concrete stems, pedestals, CIP walls at garage, CIP columns, CIP structural podium deck, interior slab on grade over ABC and vapor barrier, CIP steps, stair pan fill, topping slab, stud rails, and reinforcing. This was also a prevailing wage project.
