This project includes the redevelopment of acres and the construction of 3 new commercial shell buildings. The buildings are ocncrete tilt up construction with aluminum windo glazing system and a flat panelized wood roof designed for distribution and light manufacturing users. Building #1 consists of 101,310 sf, building #2 consists of 31,871 sf, and building #3 is 44,589 sf.
Hardrock's scope of work includes continuous and spread footings, drilled piers (caissons), CIP stem walls, pedestals, interior slab on grade over ABC and vapor barrier, concrete tilt panels, exterior slab on grade paving, and reinforcing.
