This project is a new office warehouse building for Savage Industries and is used to make and distribute photographic paper products. The office includes a lobby, individual offices, break room, conference room, toilet rooms, and other complimentary spaces. The warehouse includes storage, shipping and receiving, work space and other complimentary areas.
Hardrock's scope of work includes continuous and spread footings, step footings, concrete stems, interior slab on grade with fibers over rock and vapor barrier, slab on metal deck, dock leveler pits, concrete tilt panels, sidewalks, rolling gate track, curb and gutter, pipe bollards, sump pits, light pole bases, bike rack footings, and reinforcing.
